I keep reaching for people I'm not going to get, Things that I don't want, Reasons not to do things I know I could do, If only I tried.
Putting on a smile that you think is for you, It's not. It never was.
Holding onto people who've let go, Traveling to only places I know, Scared I'm too young to grow.

Getting into cars I'm not sure of, Falling back into the life I’m used to, Doing things I know I shouldn't, Pushing myself to love people I don't, Pushing my luck.

Always9:30AM, exams finished, excited to see you, hope you'll show up this time.
Last time you left me walking home in the snow, waiting, wondering, cold, sick, tired.
Anyways, 9:45AM Get in your car, agrivated, cold, music blasting.

Still mad at you from before, when you made me worry.
Sit at your house watching movies about sex and boobs. Kissing, talking.

The place that I should feel most comfortable is the place that i'd
least like to be. I wish I were with you,at your house. Anywhere
would be nicer than here. I feel like crying all of the time. I hate
coming home. It's not that they treat me horrible here,it's that I'm
treated so much better where you are. I'm so glad that I found you.
You're my savior. I never knew what it was like to be happy. We're
out of water again. I probably smell worse than your workboots after
a day of shop and then warehouse work. Worse than your socks did
today. But I even love your nasty socks. I wish I could live with you.
I wouldn't ever be upset. I promise. You'll never read this though. So
I guess you'll never know.
